NOTICE OF ANNUAL PARISH MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT-
The Annual Assembly of the Parish Meeting will be held at the
NEW REMEMBRANCE HALL, CHARLTON on Wednesday 13th May 2009 at 7.00 o'clock in the evening.
Such persons only as are registered as local Government Electors for the Parish will be entitled to vote at the meeting, but the meeting will be open to the public during the proceedings unless the Parish Meeting by resolution otherwise directs.
The business to be transacted at the meeting will be as follows:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT -
The Annual Meeting of the above named Parish Council will be held at
“THE NEW REMEMBRANCE HALL”, CHARLTON ON
WEDNESDAY 13th May 2009 following The Annual Parish
Meeting which is being held at 7.00 pm
THE MEETING WILL BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC UNLESS THE COUNCIL OTHERWISE DIRECT.
